Uhm, Stumpy wishes he lived somewhere else right now. He's having problems with raccoons and squirrels. The raccoons come at night, and race up and down the porch past his box ~ and wash their hands in his water bowl, getting it all muddy. And the squirrels tease him from the oak tree. He knows one day they'll fall out, and they're going to be SORRY. He's stressing. He banged on the door last night and came in with his tail all fluffy when I opened the door and just scared the poop out of a raccoon who had to jump off the porch into the rhodies. They're not used to seeing humans at 3:30 am. And he's really getting FAT. I finally figured out that if I hang a leather work glove over the front door handle, he can't get in. But then he cries mournfully. No - jeremiad-ly. Glove looks a little peculiar, though.
