Leroyt, ADOT filed a 10-SB with the SEC to become a fully reporting company on 7-1-98. I am not real familiar with SEC protocol and formal filings and in fact asked the board a few weeks back if anyone could verify if they were in fact a reporting company. My comment regarding being "a reporting company" was a little tongue in cheek. If anyone can verify one way or the other, please post. Tom B.

I have owned this stock for a year and a half. How can so many smart invertors be taken by this lieing , misleading ,and most of all, its so unclear of what they're doing and actually own , rights wise. It's a dog and a losser take it from me at $1.05. just don't need the tax loss so i keep it and check in once in awhile.Watch out here comes Japan. If they have a big time investment in Biomedia why does it continue to go down, and they really respect and love their investors ,demonstrated by the way they respond to them . buy a real company and forget this one. You may say SOUR GRAPES , i SAY EXPERIENCE!! People mention governmemt developed technology and they think it's a winner . I wish!Just one Investors opinion.
