Michelle - you never got to the part about when, if or why Honig left office.

"I wanted to illustrate another example of the right wing out of control, and there it was staring me right in the face,"

Wrong. What was staring you in the face was leftist smear propaganda. Convenient, misleading and deplorably common.

Mr. K.

<< I think my money may have done some good in Ca because I contributed to the Dem candidate for governor and if that isnt a backlash against these rightwing nutcases, I dont know what is.>>

Talk about a nutcase! You think your $20 to Davis is the reason he's ahead in the polls? Girl, your medicine is way out of balance!

<<when we have an election, for president or school superintendent, or anybody, then that means we leave that person in office until the next election at which point a new winner is chosen. The right doesnt seem to understand this. >>

Wow, Marion Barry must love you! Rational thinking, Michelle. Now I better understand why you're not in the RR camp! Absolutely no common sense!

Apparently, anyone with a religious proclivity should not express an opinion, advocate or avail themselves of First Amendment rights. JLA

You're way off. The Republican party is the closest thing you'll get to libertarian in this country. It's a hands-off, leave me alone, get government off our backs, stop government from stealing our money, party.

It's the dems who want to control you by stealing your money, bribing constituencies for votes, regulating you to death, and restricting what you eat, drink or smoke.

You've got it backwards.

I wanted to illustrate another example of the right wing out of control,..

Yes, it's scary when the right wing doesn't bow to the PC crowd, isn't it? Watch the bans on same-sex marriage in Alaska and Hawaii pass with ease this Tuesday...uh.....outa control, Im tellin yah. Them and the 29 other states that have already passed legislation affirming that the marriage covenant is reserved for opposite sex couples..i.e. normal natural people.

Now in regards to your laughably hypocritical and shameless two-facedness:

>>The point is, Honig was elected. The right didnt like it, and they went after him. Not acceptable. In my opinion, when we have an election, for president or school superintendent, or anybody, then that means we leave that person in office until the next election at which point a new winner is chosen. The right doesnt seem to understand this. Instead they feel that it is up to them to (uhh...) take god into their own hands and do anything they can to humilate any elected official that doesnt subscribe to their so-called lifestyle and force them to resign in disgrace, or, at a minimum weaken that office considerably. I find this practice detestible, hypocritical, etc. and I will fight to remove any influence from this group of self proclaimed holyer than thou bible thumpers.<<

Let's just tell the real story, using your own words, but replacing some key items which reveal the lack of anything resembling truth on the left. The revealing truth is that the left is and always will be pure partisans, whose message changes depending on the political expediancy:

The point is, Packwood was elected. The left didnt like it, and they went after him. Not acceptable. In my opinion, when we have an election, for president or school superintendent, or anybody, then that means we leave that person in office until the next election at which point a new winner is chosen. The left doesnt seem to understand this. Instead they feel that it is up to them to (uhh...) take god into their own hands and do anything they can to humilate any elected official that doesnt subscribe to their so-called lifestyle and force them to resign in disgrace, or, at a minimum weaken that office considerably. I find this practice detestible, hypocritical, etc. and I will fight to remove any influence from this group of self proclaimed holyer than thou politically-correct lying partisan brow-beaters.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it, sista!
