Hi Enam - between you and me (which is a ridiculous thing to say in this forum!), they probably should have remained private for another year and built some revenues. I think that if they had been in the Silicon Valley, that's what they would have done because they more than likely could have raised some private financing. However, they're in Canada and I don't think that the venture capitalists are that tuned to the high tech market. So, acquiring a shell allowed them to raise money and get started. It wasn't and hasn't been perfect, but as long as they can get some sales, I guess it won't matter in the long run. Barrie Einarson Investor Relations bbruin@home.com
