Larry, IMO, BLM is not doing work for Maxam. Runyon told me Maxam has to demonstrate to BLM that their property contains recoverable metals so they can get mining permits and accordingly Maxam has invited BLM reps to come out and observe. Observe, not do work. BLM doesn't do work for any mining company, for its job is to protect and preserve lands under its stewardship. For someone to say that BLM "does work" for mining companies is not only hype, it's false.
