Yeah, that's good question Frankie. As for the stock's performance -- "they missed on Target 4" -- yeah right! A better explanation, I might suggest, is that a lot of people bought the stock in anticipation of its imminent appreciation. When this failed to happen, and the end of the month arrived, they had to jettison their positions to make their accounts kosher. In the end, it doesn't matter why it went down, just that it did.
