Hey, Spidey! I believe you made a claim that is directly contradicted by the court documents publicaly available. Where is your information? What Judge said that the shares must be returned to AZNT before the trial can start? When did s/he issue that ruling? Who has issued a warrant for Andy Mann's arrest?? In your latest post you avoid answering these very legitimate questions and seem to be deliberately trying to confuse the issue. Is it because you are caught in a bald faced lie? Is it because you are attempting to mislead and defraud prospective investors in AZNT by knowingly making false and misleading claims??

janice & jeffrey did jboxford or andy mann attorney tell you to post stock does not have to be returned by court order? did jboxford or andy man lawyer tell you stock does not have to be returned by court order. did jboxford or andy mann lawyer tell you there is not a date set by court this stock must be returned or it would be cancelled? I'm a grown-up, Spidey, and an educated one, at that. I'm quite capable of reading and understanding the injunction all by myself.

judge has ruled when stock must be returned Which judge might that be, by when must the stock be returned, and when did he issue that order? Note to lurkers: Spidey's third attempt at obfuscation has been to ask questions about the "jboxford or andy mann attorney". Spidey obviously doesn't understand the hearing is over, the judge issued a court order, and that order was posted here, unedited, for all to see. That's why he'll never be able to back up his statement. - Jeff
