I would certainly think if Wed. Oct.28 is any kind of pivot day it certainly would have to be from a high to down. How likely is the market to have a significant down-turn with only 2 trade days remaining for Oct. 28 to be a low. I submit not to likely. If we do not have some either extremely bullish or bearish news in the next 2 days Oct. 28 will be a non-event date.
