stevie; as usual you left out one small fact..

<<<A few WorldGate Facts To Consider...
**Partners**

Charter Communications, Comcast, Cablevision Systems, Supercable

**Competitors**

WebTV, NetChannel

**Investors**

NextLevel Systems, Scientific-Atlanta, Citicorp Technology Investments, Motorola, Advent International, Needham, Alan Gerry >>>

YOU LEFT OUT THE FACT THAT SRCM IS SUEING WORLDGATE FOR PATENT INFRINGEMENT..

<<Dallas, Texas, May 12, 1998 - Source Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: SRCM) announced today that two of its subsidiary companies have filed a patent infringement lawsuit against WorldGate Communications, Inc. of Bensalem, Pennsylvania in the United States District Court for District of Delaware. WorldGate is accused of infringing four patents, each of which relates to a system for offering Internet access to cable television subscribers over the existing cable television system infrastructure. The lawsuit seeks damages as well as an injunction against the continued manufacture, use or sale of a product known as the WorldGate Service.

John Reed, President of Source Media, stated that defending against unlawful use or violation of patents owned by the Source Media family of companies is an important part of a long-term business plan. "Our policy is to aggressively defend our intellectual property assets." >>

Let's see, the last time SRCM heard from the courts they were granted a preliminary injunction against your not so brite friends despite your carrying on to the contrary. I hope Worldgate does great. It will be great for the industry and great for SRCM as it will prove a market for their service and they will ultimately get royalties/liscense revenue from Worldgate.
