Janice, This crap about the President giving a press conference was from one very much over excited person who had and has nothing to do with cygs ... why keep using it, unless there is really nothing else for you to use. It will indeed be a major breakthrough in medicine. The development of the antisense therapies may well be the most important discovery in medicine of at least the decade. The road block is the delivery system and cygs may well have that part of the puzzle. Yes, all they are doing is animal studies in primates ... the vector has already been proven successful in the lab in animal tissues and the next step is the testing in animals. Wasn't this a big question a few months ago ... "When are they going to begin testing in animals."
