Herm, Thank you so much for you time and research. I'll be watching to make a move on ANDW soon.I'll write the calls, and buy some puts. I'm kind of leery today(Mon) from what happened with THRT. I just wrote 3 calls, and bought puts. It opened about 3 points higher than Fri close for being acquired by another company. I bought back the calls and sold the stock. I came out a little ahead, but still have the puts. I think a lot of THRT people are unhappy with the situation and might get out. We'll see. Thanks again. Johndee
