No. 14!

The Equity Trader site (by John Bollinger) follows 3,700 stocks from a technical perspective.

www1.wsrn.com

It has a list of the top 20 stocks based on the technicals. As of tonight, VLNC has joined that list at #14.

Go to the site and click on "Lists". You will have to register (free).

David , you won't get any at 5 1/2 tomorrow....maybe 5 3/4 if you are lucky...because the institutions are buying...no way that this is individual investors...with that kind of volume...Valence is getting into strong hands now....volatility will be very slight the next weeks....after that, we will depend on "THE NEWS" we are all anticipating...

David: I'd put in a "what the hell" order at $5 1/2....or maybe $5 1/4. Why? Let's assume there'll be a herd reaction to the S-3 filing without really looking into what it means. This MIGHT cause an early dip. What this S-3 filing tells me is VLNC is close to meeting the requirement for the additional block of financing. Perhaps so close they want to be prepared to move, and move fast. So should we, eh? Heh!! Of course, this is imho.

I agree with HC, however, that with all the "backing and filling" that's gone on in the last week, it appears the "floor" for VLNC is somewhere around the $5 1/2 range. But this be VLNC, who has been known to disappoint, so ya gotta stay on guard. However, this time around it DOES "feel" different. And the investment community can at last clearly see, via the financing and the insider buying, the direction VLNC is moving in. So to say it's got to be causing some excitement inside the company(not to mention for all of us) is no small exaggeration, eh?

Regards!

John~
