James that's your choice to believe. Without an orderly market as you just described, DCTC would have NO LIQUIDITY. If you wanted to buy some this morning... you couldn't. And if a lot of you demanded stock this morning, it would jump to $2, $4 even $8.

...only to drop right back down as soon as someone came to SELL and there were no buyers at that particular moment!

What you and others seem to want is stock traded on eBay where you could post your stock for sale and people would come by and bid on it for the next 24 hours. That's fine, and we may see it someday, but that is not liquidity and that has no decent regulation to ensure the stock and the cash change hands in an honest fashion.
