Don't worry, Kash ... AMD probably purchased these Centura RTP systems
for other steps in their process that require Rapid Thermal Anneal. Steps
like Source/Drain Implant Anneal and Gate Oxide Anneal are two steps that also
require this equipment. In fact, Intel has a number of these tools in
their Fab. I wouldn't expect AMD to switch to CoSi soon.
