I plan to post Claud's site once a week, in hopes that he will offer some commentary on his charts. He called the last rally with uncanny accuracy, though of course there was no way that a chart could have predicted the surprise rate cut by the Fed. Nevertheless, it was a remarkable short-term prediction, and even when he goes wrong his comments are very interesting.
