Michael, it seems to me that insiders are only safe when selling from control positions when they know the stock is going to go UP not down. If Peg had information that meant the company was going to declare Chapter 11 and then sold she probably would have a fiduciary problem. She is not a stupid person so give the transaction a bit of reasoned thought.

Why would she sell if it were going to cause her a problem? She probably has enough hornets in her pants at this point.

I have no shares in Royal Oak. I just don't believe they will go under. There are so many other alternatives. Equity for debt, etc.
