Technologies. "With the new millennium fast approaching and the drive
towards creating deeper relationships through the Internet,
organizations want a partner that can help them develop effective
online marketing solutions while leveraging existing Internet
investments. We believe that the combined technology offering from
Accipiter and Engage provides the solutions necessary to meet this
demand."

Although having only recently completed the formal merger of
companies, Engage has been marketing integrated product offerings
since April of this year. Engages' Precision Profiling technology has
been seamlessly integrated into the Accipiter Online Advertising
products, which include Accipiter AdManager and Accipiter AdBureau,
for profile-enabled ad targeting on the Web.

The Precision Profiling products help corporations dramatically
increase the relevance of their Web site advertising, editorial and
commercial content for both first-time and repeat visitors by
providing comprehensive anonymous, behavior-based visitor profiling
technology. Engage ProfileServer allows customers to build
site-centric (local) profiles and/or access global profiles from
Engage Knowledge, a web-wide database containing 30 Million anonymous
user profiles which reflect behavioral interests across 800 top-level
interest categories, such as Music, Sports, or Hobbies. Integrating
profiling with online advertising software offers industry-leading
functionality to create Web visitor profiles for use in real-time
marketing and advertising applications. "The solutions from Engage and
Accipiter complement one-another and the Accipiter customer base is
excited to reap the benefits of the seamless integration of visitor
profiling technology into online advertising solutions," said Schaut.

Providing the industry's largest, most comprehensive solution of
anonymous data, the Engage Precision Profiling software solution is
built with a flexible open architecture. This allows industry partners
and customers to easily modify their products for quick, seamless
integration and compatibility. Through its Precision Partner Program,
Engage already works with the industry's most notable companies on
multiple levels. Most recently announced was compatibility with
Millward Brown Interactives' new VOYAGER Profile product. Engage will
integrate VOYAGER Profile with Accipiter AdManager allowing customers
to serve campaigns that are VOYAGER profile-enabled for seamless
audience analysis of online advertising.

"To ensure maximum benefit to our customers, Engage Technologies
has adopted a position of application independence, working closely
with technology partners," said Schaut. "Our recent formation of our
Precision Partner Program and partnerships with Andromedia, Microsoft,
net.Genesis, Net Perceptions, and RelevantKnowledge reinforces our
commitment to establish the standard for profile-based marketing on
the Web."

Integrated Industry Leadership

Executive teams from Engage and Accipiter seamlessly integrated
the two organizations to include worldwide field offices with
extensive sales, telesales, development, and marketing units,
including the former Accipiter headquarters in Raleigh, North
Carolina. Paul Schaut remains CEO of Engage Technologies running the
day-to-day operations, and Chris Evans, founder of Accipiter, has been
elected Vice Chairman and will be instrumental in driving the vision
and direction of the company. "If the sign of a good merger is how
smoothly the teams work together, then this is the best merger I've
ever seen," says Chris Evans.

Peter Chaplin has been hired to run the London field office as
managing director, working closely with Charles Ashley, general
manager, and the rest of the Accipiter Ltd. executive management team.
Peter Chaplin brings more than 15 years experience of working for
International software companies in senior Sales and Marketing roles.
Carlton Online, a new international company within the Carlton
Communications Plc media group formed to establish new businesses on
the Internet, will soon launch three new sites which benefit from the
combined suite of Engage / Accipiter products. "The ability to analyze
