Sheesh --- you must have BLOWN A GASKET in not realizing the daily decent in AMD's CPU pricing.

Sorry I had to be the one to point it out to you - considering you posted the prices !

I guess this plummet in AMD pricing may be responsible for the stock not moving.

Perhaps the "market" realized that Packard Bell was probably getting 333 MHz K6-2's from AMD for about $80 pr thereabouts.

Oh, well, there will be a lot of young'uns that find a cheap AMD PC inside their stockings this Christmas.

Pity the poor folks whose kids complain that they really wanted a Pentium II machine !
