once stock is returned or cancelled we will call this stock into name. "We"? You running the company now, Pugs? Or are you channelling Mike Sylver? Whatever the case may be, you're making a very large logical leap. It should be evident to you by now that there ARE two sides to this case, as there are to every legal battle. And no one has ordered anyone to return any stock to anyone else, nor will this happen until the requirements of due process have been satisfied.
