AIRP NEWS- Warrant Allocation: November 16, 1998 NASD Bulletin Board - AIRP NEWS RELEASE The Board of Directors of AIR PACKAGING TECHNOLOGIES, INC. announces the following: The exercise price of Seventeen Million Six hundred and Eighty Seven Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Nine (17,687,539) outstanding warrants has been changed to Fifteen Cents ($0.15) US per warrant. All warrants are changed to one (1) warrant for one (1)share and are transferable and non-trading. The Company is negotiating to settle approximately Eight Hundred and Sixty ThousandDollars ($860,000) in debt though several debt for equity transactions at Fifteen Cents($0.15) per share.
