Michael I dont know what you were loking at today, but most of the large transactions went off at the bid..,,We had a nice little price jump and I hope it has to do with the refinancing......imho

I'm beginning to feel like your mother but I promise I won't behave that way. The fact that Peg, and I'm no fan of RYO, knows more than you or I AND she sold should be a warning bell for you not a confirmation of coming disaster for RYO. We are dealing with a very clever person and no doubt a survivor. Beware of the signals that look obvious, as the novice is easily plucked and cleaned.
