Once upon a time there was a high flying fast growing vision company that decided to buy a packing machine company that could benefit from it's vision products. Just think of the synergies. But the vision company had never bought out a company before. They didn't know that companies being acquired sometimes run out and get lots of sales by bidding too low to show lots of future sales on the books. When the company starts to fill the orders the red ink starts to flow. I think this is an excellent company to buy at 60 cents.It is an excellent company that made a serious but not deadly mistake. If you jump off to make a short term profit you could miss the boat.
