Robert, I believe the general climate has changed with world wide interest rate cuts. There were actually more new highs than lows today when I checked Yahoo. This indicates to me that we may be in for a continued rally. wwfn.com web site predicts crashes. It is even bullish now. I would be very leery of shorting in an up market. Remember most people don't have access to values and buy based on their impressions of market conditions. Sfe is considered a good place to invest in small caps. Also, I don't know if every one calculates the market value the way we have been. That said I am also unwilling to buy sfe at these premiums. Robert D.
