Bill, my comment was a general observation, the markets are highly manipulated by the central bankers of most countries. Even the trickle of lowering interest rates are properly timed for market weakness all over the world.

In Hong Kong at least they admit to manipulation.

That is the scarry part as you may not know wen it will blow off in your face.

The economic picture has not changed and the sense of security in equities which was reassured during the last month is very dangerous.

A SPX fund is not a CD, but many people start to belive that and expect 15% return.

Today's FED comments are an additional indication of intervention.
