I hope nobody is buying stock based on backlog. I know my interest in JAWZ did not come from their potential revenue form auditing fees. I am interested in JAWZ because it claims to have the best product on the market! I just want them to help me believe that the people on this thread are not the only people who believe they have an excellent product -- Name A Customer OF L5!

Hi Chinmoy

1. How many quotes (of the $750K) were accepted?
2. How many $ worth of quotes did they put out in October?
2A. How many copies of L5 have been sold to date (approximately)? How many are ready for shipment (in inventory)?
2B. How does JAWZ derive revenue (please include L5 and non-L5 related activities)

IMO, the company probably won't divulge the answers to questions 1, 2A or 2B - they'll most likely wait to release those #s in an audited financial report.

3. How's AXN coming along--when will we relize revenue from that venture?

I think we'll see a PR within 2 weeks on Axion. Since they were awarded the contract, Jaws' engineers have been working to incorporate L5's algorithm into Axion's software.

4. How's the Silicon Valley office coming along?

That's a good question. I haven't heard mention of it for a while, but I'll find out. To be truthful, the only reason to open a US office right now is to have a US mailing address. Seems that the US brokers like to see that.

5. What is JAWZ doing to get COMS endorsement of L5?

The question has been asked already - I'm waiting for a response.

5A. Has JAWZ considered buying the mailing list from COMS? Has JAWZ considered paying for bulk advertising that gets included with the manuals in the Palm Pilot?

IMO, unless we receive an official endorsement from Palm Pilot, they wouldn't allow us to have access to a mailing list. However, if we do receive official status, I don't see why they wouldn't allow access because the more 3rd party software that is available helps to make the PP more attractive.

6. When will we get to store shelves? How will JAWZ distinguish their products from the other's on the shelves? How will JAWZ get the word out?

IMO, I'm not sure that Jaws will ever be a huge "shelf" item - I envision them setting up more with the on-line stores.

Not complete answers, Chinmoy, but if I get more information, I'll post it.

When I read in the investor relations kit that JAWZ was targeting the fortune 10,000 companies I thought to myself, what is a fortune 10,000 company?

After looking at the stock prices of Futurelink and Axion, I guess a fortune 10,000 company is company like JAWZ. Maybe it is companies like JAWZ and all the companies that are bigger than JAWZ.

That does not narrows the market focus.

Does anybody have any good reason to believe that Futurelink and Axion are capable of dishing out $750,000 (JAWZ backlog)?
