Rookie, Each warrant contains six shares of FXWA common stock. The cost of each warrant to NUOA is $1.00. Hypothetical situation: If NUOA issued these warrants as a dividend to its shareholders the price of NUOA would rise. If the warrants were without restriction the price of FXWA would drop. Fred Luke someday will likely distribute the FXWA warrants. That day is not tomorrow or next week. He is not about to punish long term goals for a quick hit. Ted
