Dear JAB: Do you think there is any possability that CMND is merely recruiting for clients rather than for themselves?? It just seems incomprehensible to me that SO MANY people could be being recruited and stock doesnt move. Dont see how you could keep all this contract business a secret for so long. JDN

I'm no authority on this subject; but it seems to me there are other possibilities for why a company would run adds, other than wanting to hire staff. Maybe they want to keep a track on current staffing availability or to determine competitive wages. This might be particularly true in the programming field where exact requirements for particular skills are frequently sought.
