David, with all due respect, I would rather have shorts sticking around for a while than a cabal of lawyers sucking us dry because management made "misleading statements". These guys don't have to have a win a case to make money, they know that once they file a class action there will be a settlement...modern day blackmail. Better to error on the side of caution.
