Barrick have 40% of the property, not the company, so as long as they pay 40% of costs their interest continues. The words "ensured of 40%" are more apt than the word "carried". NEM's Yanacoucha and other projects in South America are related to the same type of volcanic environments.

E, there is no poison pill in place at this time.

Elizabeth, there is no RFR with Barrick.

NEM spent about a week on the property , as well as a trip to Vancouver to conduct corporate DD.
