Kanuri;

Seagate always has the option of selling the VRTS stock. They say they will take an $850 million credit to their balance sheet for the sale or about half the VRTS stock's market cap that they hold, while they hold it. I suppose, that credit is about 1 year away when the deal is consummated. I pointed out that even one half market cap is worth, at least, a couple of years worth of earnings to SEG and maybe a lot more. That is the good side of the deal. We can all make guesses as to what can go wrong and why.
