With the 2.2 Gig Castlewood Orb coming next month for $199 and $29 media, both SparQ andd Jaz2 are in a world of shinola.

Yes. The USB SparQ has a significant number of price conscious iMac customers in its target market. Initial unit pricing will be an important consideration when comparing alternatives like the forthcoming USB Zip. The SyQuest SCSI is perhaps even more interesting in that it appears to compete with the SyJet.
