DUGEN: Prior to the LAST quarter, WDS had reported 17 consecutive quarters of profits. To my knowledge there was NO red ink for the previous 3 years. I've been positive on WDS for some time now. Any negative is not caused by WDS technology but by recent WDS business moves (Mexico) which I think dilute the internal drive towards "competent core technology". Failure to return to development and refinment of the existing business of the company is causing me to reconsider if any relationship with WDS (by RoadRider) can be "long term". We expect at least minimum stability in a key vendor and I am only questioning the probability that they will be around. If RoadRider was financed up the gazoo, we could make a key-vendor mistake and expect to sluff it off. But, we are a start-up that cannot make that kind of mistake! Regards, Hamby Hutcheson
