That doesn't follow. Ellen, ovis/rmil has become the standard by which all this non-reporting bulletin board paper-pushing absurdity is judged, and you have been front and centre in the pumping group. That you are recently careful to avoid declarative statements regarding the 'stock' means nothing, your function is clearly to run interference for the psicops and spideypugses. It's been noticed before #reply-3761856

All anyone new to the situation has to do to get a sense of motive and opportunity is go to the archives;
techstocks.com
techstocks.com

You show up on the ovis thread here #reply-2020544 - posting originally under the login of 'Ellen G', and posting to 'Riley G' the following;

"Bought in this a.m. and just sent you an email.

To All: Someone just posted re: the stock seemingly stuck around $2. Are we looking for another gap up tomorrow morning - think it will??
"

This is sixteen days after Riley G first posts and pumps ovis #reply-1907203 in a remarkably similar style. Some additional background;
techstocks.com
panacea.phys.utk.edu
#reply-2040674 - 'I may contact my attorney' - rofl
#reply-2026976 - 'Yes, yes - Don't Sell Guys!! But Randy, why couldn't we do this on another stock??" - rofl - indeed, why not -g-

In case anybody is thinking that this is off-topic - I believe strongly that it goes to the very heart of the matter - there is a pattern here, these threads are being used to lure lurking suckers into loading up on non-reporting bulletin board paper.

Which wouldn't be so bad, really, imho, if the hypesters could just learn to crack a decent joke once in a while.

By your "definition", any person who posts on the threads of stocks they own is a pumper.

You're getting dangerously close to the truth, Ellen. There are two kinds of pumpers. The ones that get others to come to the board due to enthusiasm of a stock, and the kind that mislead(intentionally/non-intentionally) those "others" when they actually get to the board, for the same purpose (the enthusiasm of a stock).

Do you not see this as a viable reasoning? We are both "pumping" a stock! Does it matter where we do it?
