SRS, While we have not implemented our new feed yet, we have drastically cut down on the morning lag that we used to have. The lag is down to at most 30 seconds for the first few minutes of trading, then runs fine all day. We have not had many complaints at all since we initiated the first part of our data conversion in the summer. We hope to have the rest of the conversion done by mid November (we had originally hoped to have this in place by the end of October). I know that today there are problems on the Internet (I have had a few calls from clients who cannot connect, or even get to our website), but thats out of our control. If you are seeing problems with the data feed, please join us at our IRC room (we are using othernet) and log into #rtt. There are many clients and NAQ support staff there all the time. You can download the IRC software from our website, www.naq.com. Paul
