Thomas, Welcome Back. What is your take on market? It is way OVERBOUGHT! At these levels, it seems there will be a start of big dog fight again! On your recommendations, I noticed that some stay above 75 on Stoch.! Why do you recommend buy at that level? Regards, Mike Learner

Going long now might not be the best strategy... Watch out for Brazil, etc. The market has been behaving funny lately. And yes, it's way overbought (especially techs).

ISSUES TO WATCH/TRADE THIS WEEK: Under the old rules, BLS is showing a "mini-buy" signal with classic divergence in price/momentum. Under the new rules, I like: BOOL NCOG APCC FNM UFS FRE SCH SWY OKEN PDCO AMGN METZ This is a long list, I know, but all are ranked high in earnings and strength, and have recently broken out to new highs. All have great long-term charts, growing up to 700% in the last five years. Best strategy: put these on a watch list, and wait for momentum indicators to signal a buy. TC.
