I think your assumption is correct. I also see a similarity between SUF and Barrick... How did Peter Munk create an empire? By picking up small but valuable companies who ran out of operating funds while he was enjoying a good cash flow! And he had the creme of the crop to pick from. CJ seem to be doing the same....
