All one has to do, if they have the stomach for it, is to review your prior posts to get your
message. And it ain't stay invested though ups and downs. If it was I would think you would
not have sold your 20% or 40% or 60% or 80% or whatever percent you claim you sold of
LSI Logic.


LSI is just one stock in my portfolio. There are mutual funds and other stocks too, almost all of which I plan to hold for a long time.

Aren't you the one that suggested LSI would beat the market in the coming years
and if you believed in buy and hold why in the world did you sell?


Yes, I believe it will. I sold some of it when the valuations got -- IMO -- a little too rich (and sure enough, the stock soon came crashing down and lost nearly 80% from its all-time highs). And now, I plan to sell the rest of it on the way up. My strategy is to ultimately have a portfolio of stocks culled entirely from Moody's Handbook of Dividend Achievers -- a portfolio that requires little or no tending over the coming years.
