Chuck: Malcolm reported on the 22nd that his sources heard the merger was still on, but moving slowly. There's still plenty of time (2 or 3 whole days). I assume that the absolutely positively unchangeably final day of the 30th may come and go meaninglessly if the two sides are still talking. Apparently, no immovable red flags have been waved as of yet.

Good Morning,.........Looks as though there are some positive bets being made this morning. I don't want to sound like a hype, but for those with iron chastity belts this may be a real banger in the next few days.
