I think ICVERIFY results are included from 2nd Qrtr this year and beyond. SO no backward comparison is available.

Note also that the revenue growth is at the low end of range if they are to get to 15 to 20 million this year. Also, a lot of the revenue growth is in the form of consulting fees and not transaction fees. It is the transaction fees that are recurring and they are what the street is looking for IMO.
