Scott, I agree with most of your post.

One thing you should know is that the ASE did ask for the info 2 months ago. BV has been stalling all this time (but they told us the opposite). In fact BV probably knew the requirements last December when they first got halted.

In regards to your point about the options. I hope the ASE doesn't extend the exercise price this time. All it does is line the pockets of the insiders, and based on the fact that they have taken so long in getting the company trading, they shouldn't be rewarded. It disgusts me to think they can manipulate the system and line their pockets in the process.

This is just my opinion, and unfortunately my opinion doesn't really matter.
