Clint, thanks for the heads up. I sold MSFT this am. It looks toppy, lower lows and lower highs - plus the fallout from the suit could weigh on it.

But for others I am sitting tight. I am not buying either. I would like to buy aol, but at a lower price. The chart looks good, breakout above 120 or so (I think todays move is false breakout - but the real move could come after earnings this afternoon).

Let me know when you get back into the market.
