Dennis, <<caught us by surprise> Seems to be the norm for the company. Proactive is not in the company culture vocabulary.

Dennis,

Check this site for an example of a well arranged, informative mining company page. They even have Pd, Pt, Au and Ag besides Cu, Ni and Co.

Dennis,
After I had a conversation with Larry McIntyre thursday we have a few questions to ask you!

Dennis,
You stated:
To:+Doug A.K.(8117)
From:+Dennis DeNoble
Like you I learned yesterday that Mr.McIntyre has discontinued maintenance of the GPGI web site.Notwithstanding his message on the thread, this was the very first indication of Mr.McIntyre's intention of taking the action which he did.

We ask>>>

Mr. DeNoble,
It is our understanding, after recent conversations with Mr.McIntyre that you have received numerous emails from Mr.McIntyre asking you to take full direction of the web site. The recent of which was as little as one week ago.We understand the shutdown of the web site was a surprise to you.It is apparent however, that you have shown little or no interest in utilizing the web site as a stockholder information service.Mr. McIntyre stated he expressed his concern about using net discussion sites as initial release vehicles for updates was somewhat confusing.

Mr.McIntyre said>>>

" I have sent him approximately three different request to " Company Manage" the web site, & discussed it over the phone shortly after he set up shop in Feb.
I lastly emailed him approximately a week ago stating that he never made an attempt to do such."

We ask >>>
Imagine our confusion to your above statement when on several occasions our members have discussed this issue with RJ & yourself. You were requested to be in charge of cleaning up & improving the web site.In fact we understand you are in possession of numerous emails where recommended links have been offered which would enhance the learning experience when visiting gpgi.com.We have also just been made aware of the fact that you promised others that the web site was one of your"high priorities" when you came aboard in Feb.

We are aware of the fact that you never even offered the new office number & mailing address to be posted on the web. That Mr. McIntyre had to link your email to the Shareholder Relations hypertext at his own initiation. You never made an attempt of any kind to utilize the basics of what the web site had to offer.

Why?

Our biggest concern is while GPGI remains cash poor you have expressed to Mr. McIntyre that you want to go to a commercial web provider & drop the site you've never used but which is offered to you at no charge by Mr.McIntyre?

Why?

It is quite apparent that you have made many strange & confusing decisions. We welcome you response!

Mr. DeNoble, please contact Kronomedia ASAP and have them effect a re-direction of the "www.gpgi.com" domain name from the Web site of Mr. McIntyre to the IP address GPGI has been given at the Kronomedia facility. This must be done as quickly as possible, to expedite the establishment of the new GPGI Web site. Do it right now, this very moment; Kronomedia undoubtedly has 24 x 7 Tech Support. Thanks!
