Ken and all, I am sorry that I did not get this information up before. The DCI Corporate Hotline was getting so few hits that the line was taken by hdqtrs. for a second fax line. That is the reason that the FAQ page... dcic.com , has been updated much more often these days. More information gets disseminated to more people this way and it is more cost efficient than an 800 number that is not getting alot of use. Again, I apologize. LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!! Bruce
