havnt seen any info on why the stock should be downgraded--since only a few analysts follow the company, its probably meaningful; could be price related--still un sure how well the retail consolidation is going and the pre need sales-- this seems to be the main driver of how revenues will increase- from what I read, the theory of consolidation is to get a regional area, buy retailers and consolidate function, ie billing, etc-- sounds good, but dont know if there is a retailer backlash or buying up retailers is on schedule---
