1. Net worth comes into play on all option trades, period! 2. If a brokerage has allowed you to buy calls or puts with $100.00 in your account they are operating outside the law. Buying or selling options requires a margin account. The minimum cash value to open this type of account is $2,000.00. 3. As for LT being dead broke....I can't say for sure but I know that those who make claims of buying at the low and selling at the high whether its puts,calls or stock are full of it!
