What can anyone make of this timing? Earnings in a couple days, and BEST downgrades NOW?

What do they know that would make them downgrade now rather than wait two days for additional guidance? It just seems too peculiar.

Thanks guys, I believe sometimes these downgrades are for their benefit and not the streets.. Hopefully will see some movement based on its passed history... I still felt it was worth buying and bought at 7 3/4's...
