RBK anyone watching this one this afternoon? earnings were out recently are were disappointing, but since then the stock has been rebounding and is now at the days high on good volume

WCOM.. been thinking about this one. WorldCom's profits are expected to increase nicely in 1998 and 1998. From $0.88 per share in 1998 and earnings of $1.92 per share in 1999. 166.7% over last year's earnings of $0.33 per share, and a further increase of 118.2% in 1999. for the quarter analysts estimate $0.24 versus $.12 a 100% increase but there are still problems and questions. for an earnings play it could be very good. Technicals: MACD is bullish and so is relative strength, but the stochastics are overbought which doesn't mean much before an earnings report unless the company has run up too much. MFI is up and all the moving averages are up and bullish.. For long term I would not concern myself at this juncture. For a pop, it looks good.. I'm going to check it some more in the next hour or so. It won't be another GTW but that was a beauty!
