And they usually turn out to be a bunch of layabouts making idle talk in a cafe (or on the Internet :-) But often real tragedies could have been prevented if the right person had listened to the right informant. It's just that the substantial tips are impossible to tell from the flakes, even for the informants I suppose. Chaz
