Sorry Don...All I heard on Brazil was 10% was a rumor althought the actualy fiscal policy to be announced tonight.....(Maybe a true rumor???)
OT- Rained here - a guy swerved to miss a car and ran thru the brick wall in front of my office..was out dealing with the cops..
