I read the Stuart report and it confirmed my assessment of the company. It also added a few tidbits I wasn't aware of, like preferred holders can short. If you know the game, you'll know what that means. This stock is not for neophytes! The big issues before Syquest are the $17 million preferred poised to convert and the reverse split. Stuart hit the nail on the head. If Syquest reverses and doesn't have positive earnings, you will feel like someone has drove a Mack truck threw your sphincter.
